I do not know that we ARE paying an accounting firm to do the filing. We are paying them to do an annual audit etc... but where the scope of the engagement begins and ends is perhaps unknown. The management of the company is ultimately responsible for getting the filing submitted, whether they seek outside assistance is not really the issue.

Obvioulsy I sincerely hope they file in a timely manner next week but, if not, I don't believe the value of the enterprise should diminish.
