you say ,You do what you say and mean what you do in this matter. we are taking about Lawyers right ? .... its all about tactics.. and the way you present a position is not aways the cards you hold ...you say what you have to under the law to get the results you want. what may look like a setback to us could just be a tactical maneuver for them to bring in as much evidence as the court will allow with out being over burdensome in the eyes of the court. Bias yes I guess, I want our side to win ...."Risk" yes there is, my head is not in the sand.. I just chose to stay positive.. as you chose to be skeptical at times
