in that they wanted all 12,000 pics in, but did not want to over burden the court( knowing how things work in texas ) they set the bait listing only 600 so the defendents would be the ones to insist on more pics thinking they could sink us in paperwork.. not knowing we wanted to go all in the first time and go for the jugular they took the bait when the Markman comes up I have a feeling they will be more than prepared with pics & diagrams up the wazu. all just my thinking and staying positive
