Based on what you say, I sure can't figure it out! Maybe explain a little more? You say: "Ive read it thouroughly.It suggests that this insider guy cant talk about the special or inside info he may or may not have! Wich on one part suggests credibility. But inside info is illegal! So go here and report it. I am." So, per you, "But inside info is illegal!". So no company or anyone directly associated with that company can have any information that they haven't disclosed to the public? That's the way I read that statement. While I would agree that if an insider cognizant of inside information uses that information for personal gain prior to its disclosure to the public is illegal, what you say makes no sense. Just what do you plan to report to the SEC? That an insider at PTSC has inside info? LOL Maybe you can explain and make some sense out of this....
