Since I have never before come across a company that had a shareholder's rep on their ADVISORY Board, I don't know the answer to that question.
However, I would have to ask you, exact;y what did you expect when Brian was appointed to the board? I saw it as a chance for the board to utilize Brian's knowledge and experience concerning some matters. I did not look at it as Brian being a liason between management and us as many of the posters here have assumed. It just wouldn't make sense due to the fact that Brian would be limited in what he could tell us under any circumstances.
I'm not directing this jsut at you, casey, as I have always respected your posts. But come on, people, what did you expect.
BTW, I highlighted ADVISORY above because I think all too often people are confusing the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board.
