Been gone all day but noticed 2 posters that would like me to address sophie's post item by item. So here goes, but 1st, yes I do have a personal thing with sophie because quite frankly I think she is full of crap. She has previously posted that she had put in an outrageously high buy (what she accomplishes with a postlike that, I don't know except trying to come off as some hot shot), she has continuously posted things that don't make sense to me etc, etc, etc. Rather than address every item (I can't seem to be able to cut & paste parts of her post) I'll just address what I feel are the most egregious - 1) The company's 401k and profit sharing plans are far from "overgenerous and outrageous". In fact they are pretty standard. Anyone knowing about 401k and profit sharing plans would back me up I'm sure. Not to mention I'm sure the overall cost to the company for these plans is very small. 2) Sophie estimates that we will settle with the Fish Trust for between 50 and 100 million. That's ludicrous. If I believe that I would sell every share of PTSC that I own. Is there any basis for this statement? Does anyone else out there come close to agreeing with this statement??? If so, please give me your reasoning. 3) Sophie wagers we will settle with Giffhorn for over $1 million. Same as #2 above. No basis for thinking this, I would contact the SEC if this ever happened, and I think sophie's just throwing out crap here. 4) "Warrants have been misused to the extreme" Can't argue here - but what's the point in bringing it up??? It's nothing new. It's something we've beaten to death in the past. It's something that no one has any way of knowing 100% for sure that we could have done differently. Again, why bring it up except to spread crap. 5) Sophie questions the need for the formation of PDS. Her statement her reflects an incredible lack of business and legal common sense. The formation of PDS was the best way to accomplish what needs to be accomplished as far as the licensing. Ask any lawyer or CPA. Sophie further states that it was set up for the purpose of putting some associates on the payroll. Again more FUD. What associates exactly does she think is on PDS's payroll??? 6) Her discussion thereafter of creating PDS was for "circumvention of arm's length" again makes no sense. You can't create a joint venture, of which you are a partner, to use as some kind of "circumvention of arm's length" transaction. Her statements here are absolutely stupid and jsut don't make sense. 7) Fees paid to an outside audit firm for an audit have nothing to do with the fact that we have a full-time CFO. I haven't read everything 100%, so I'm not sure where she gets her info that we paid the audit firm $500k. But if we did, I suggest she shop around and find an audit firm that could an audit of a public company for less. She claims it's part of the good-old-boy network. I say she's uninformed and doesn't know what she's talking about. More FUD. 8) Sophie seems to think Sweeney gets a salary in addition to $1125 per day. Not true.
