ProV1... Phoenix Digital is the holding company for the MMP licensing monies.. it allows public PTSC & private TPL to have merged the MMP portfolio, yet it keeps their buisnesses separate. The millions come into Phoenix, and PTSC receives 50% after expenses. Last fiscal yr it was $35 mil to PTSC, this first quarter (approx) it was $15 mil. regards
