The general sentiment awhile back seemed to be that we needed a court schedule in place, to both put pressure on the J3 and to help bolster the share price by giving investors a timeline they could target and rely on. I get the feeling these dates, so far off in the future by rocket docket standards, has disappointed and put a damper on many a poster here enthusiasm. I hope I am wrong and the legal minds here can provde us with the positives now that we have court dates. It always amazes me how truly the market seems to know and reflect that which the common holder is not privy too. Are the J3 under the same pressure and are other potential signees at this juncture...as yesterday? Opinions will certainly vary and the market has or will let us know.
