Since it looks like the J3 aren`t backing down and I don`t believe the August report is going to have any new numbers in it, it looks like October should be the first revealing month for us. good luck and best wishes to all.

I doubt if anyone thinks there is not any repurchasing going on, with that in mind, can you imagine how bad we will be treated if the first revealing month shows that we have not done any repurchasing? We definately do not need any bad surprises at this early stage of the plan. A FISH settlement would be surprising good news. A J3 settlement would be good news. But absurdly low licensing fee numbers and or no repurchasing going on would certainly hurt us significantly imho.
