I too would much rather any excess funds be spent on share buy-back (I`ve gone off on that topic before). However, at the AMS (as reported), they said that there are more divys coming. Them having said that, and assuming that is still their intent, if they`re going to do it, make it a really big one (AND THE LAST ONE!).
