A ten cent dividend would at these prices buyback aprox. 10% of our float. An announcement by the company of that magnitude would in my opinion move our sp by more than ten cents as it would significantly increase earnings per share and by moving the share price we would be that much closer to getting onto a more reputable exchange.

IMO, one time dividends although nice and I have not turned them down yet nor will I would not give our sp a boost. Now if the company said it was going to be a quarterly event..........
