I think its standard lanquage in their JV agreements that it includes 1st rights of refusal on any future projects (JB#6 etc)....and I also had conversations w/BC during the Moriety letter...and BC said he always will work with his JV partners...as he would expect them w/MEO....and as an investor in both MEO and AUL....I also am concerned with the shares dulution and any new partners coming in on a good thing....but I believe they (the prior partners) worked out the best deal for all existing old partners and investors.....they needed fresh capital....and the 60% may turn out to be dirt cheap....but again we are moving forward....I have heard nothing of AUL using funds earmarked for MEO on other projects.....

at this point....can we (investors) be confident of our value in the event of a takeover.....some E&B companies have a shareholder clause in the event of takover?

Anyone know what happened to the Southeast investors group that was mentioned recently?
