MEO....IMHO Is a definite BUY, and as very elequently pointed out in the last couple of Posts here - we always should Look to the fundamentals.

Who of experience have they got , What are the Resources & where are they Geographically, also do they have..Cash & or Assets/ Partners/ Backers........i.e Risks / rewards etc. The Goal I believe....

To find real value before others do (W. Buffet ...much abridged)..

A Turn of the Dice "Fast Buck" is won or lost just as FAST !!

As a footnote...

Even if, as claimed by some, JB#2 is primarily a Gas Well (& we know the Ab Properties are & potentially are)...don't be fooled by anyone. Natural Gas is in relatively Short Supply from Producers in the US... Yes, NG is relatively Cheap this Year, BUT you can ineviatably expect higher Prices in the Months & Years to come. So if this Well or subsequent Wells in the M C Programme are good Producers....it's all Money - whether it's Oil or Gas or both! (Not to mention the visibility it would bring to MEO in the eyes of Majors).
