R1,

Can only answer one of your questions; "Why all the selling". With a small, speculative, undercapitalized issue like this, no news is BAD NEWS, and selling will continue until some positive news comes out. If the news, when news does come, if it isn't good, your looking at .04 or .05. Ive got a serious position in this too. So good luck to us all.
