Think about it. If RJ has reduced the price from $0.50 to $0.45, the laws of economics suggest that there were few takers at $0.50--hence the reduction in offer price.

I suspect the offering will not be as extensive as management had hoped. Money is tough to find right now. It is not necessarily a bad thing. It just means they will have to find the money elsewhere if they want to accelerate the mill expansion and exploration at Hewfran.

Management will find a way to make it happen. They are very resourceful.
