They did not mention any increase in the number of shares being offered. I guess that means the funding from the PP will be lower. My take is that they panicked with the dropping share prices and lowered their price. Now, of course, this can be seen as a mistake since gold is up significantly and so will MTO share prices be shortly. Looks like a bit of bad luck with the timing of the PP.
