I like Perma-Bulls. I believe in the power of positive thinking and the more Perma Bulls we have sending out their positive thoughts the better. I do however reserve the right to my own opinions.

Since you ask Snezzer, how about this one. (My Opinion).

Based 0n their DEFINED resources NOT is overvalued.

To counteract that negative thought, I would like all the Perma Bulls to now join hands and start pumping.

Incidentally I am very long on both NOT and FWR, two of the best spec. plays out there.
