Al I believe that SPQ JV to the north east doesn't include UC as that land is with FWR and KWg. Fwr would end up with 40% and KWG and SPQ 30% each. How much money will they need to spend and how much more dilution? I look at what NOT had to raise just recently as a case in point. Sure SPQ has some money but how far will it go.

I'm looking further into the UC LOI situation and I'll report back when I know something. But I think JD might be on to something as he does spend a lot of time reporting what he knows.

The diluiton of SPQ has to be taken into context as does further dilution. One big thing in their favor is Novak and his relationship to NOT. He has the right connections through NOT and Nemis which will benifit SPQ greatly.

FNC is up and hanging in there, why? I hope Palmer hits with PRB, he deserves it. Has been unlucky to date but maybe his time is coming. The victory project looks enormous1
