Personally I believe you made an excellent purchase at great price. Further your suspicion about transfer of shares to FNC shareholders of record kind of makes sense. Especially since the company could pitch FNC shareholders to buy into the new company when it goes public. By then, hopefully, FNC shareholders will have filled their pockets with profits from the McFauld Lake play and be willing  to take a flutter.
