Some thoughts on FNC.

Last Thursday I placed an order to Buy 5k FNC for $1.76, when I read on Tuesday this latest News Release,

I immediately cancelled the order before it could be filled.

I like a lot of you had a bad feeling about this agreement. What kind of skulduggery is this.?

The Agreement.

The Company wishes to report that it has entered into an agreement to sell its 50% interest in the Magpie deposit to a newly formed company,

The Magpie Mines Inc., in exchange for 27,460,981 common shares of The Magpie Mines Inc.

The Coincidence

in exchange for 27,460,981 common shares of The Magpie Mines Inc

Why 27.460k common shares

FNC Shares Out ( Thousand ) 27.460 Hardly a coincidence the exact same amount of shares.

Remember the Freewest and Quest Shareholders Deal

Could the FNC shareholders get a similar offer, maybe for every share of FNC you will also get one share of Magpie Mines when this company goes public.

Remember the agreement for 27.460k Magpie and the the fact that FNC has 27.460k shares.

Another thing regarding FNC ( No I am not going to say anything about them not having a Website )

I remember Al's thoughts on this when he mentioned he was just a wee bit ticked off with BMK. LOL

He used this, The Fancamp Shareholders Rights Plan as an example of what BMK should have done.

Maybe Fancamp is looking out for it's shareholders and just maybe FNC is getting ready for a joint venture.

How many times have we heard about RN knocking on FNC door.

I started off by saying that I had cancelled my buy order, well when I think back to how many times Al has said his

favorite company at McFaulds Lake is FNC and some mention of the Mother Load on their property.

I placed an order today for 5k FNC at $1.58 this order was filled.

Maybe not any skulduggery at all. Just maybe we will be pleasantly shocked with some future events.
