Thanks again for your input. Your assumptions on the adoption of Afrezza by the T2s that do not use medication only contributes a small fraction ($0.96) of the total valuation, so accuracy here is not as crucial.
By the way, the number of patients that I used in the model are for diagnosed patients only, so patients that do not know that they have T2 are not counted in the group that does not use medication.
The 15% of the population that does not have some form of health insurance is close to the 16% of adults with diagnosed diabetes that does not use medication.

You might also think, for various reasons, that the population without health insurance may have a higher incidence of diabetes than the insured population.
