this is just dead wrong...i was there and I know what happened. They only sold the ear implant business back which was only worth 150M. BSC still have a $250M a year annual revenue business with greater than 50% Gross margin which is neuromodulation aquired from AB for what amounted to around $500. Both parties won in my opinion.
