they will delay by many reasons including labs backing up and drill programs postpone. The key is NRs should work on growing market nor falling. NR can not stop downtrend at these days. Market should show positive trend first to change investors mood.

If GM I am currently working for will survive we can expect 2-3 month before the first signal of growth wil appear.

Another 3-6 month for confirmation and if it will occur we will see our 40 c per share.
