You assume much with the above statement and your logic to me is rather strange. In your scenario, the players can easily buy shares with cash as you describe, if indeed they even care to, and sell their warrant shares after the sp goes up to replace the funds. So what is the point of your scenario.

How do you reconcile the above two lines. If BMK is going to be black why would you sell? Your logic is not clear to me.
