I am not pretending to be a guru here, however I got a PM asking my opinion around the situation. I believe it should be a concern from the BMK shareholders around the situation.

Please read it, but consider as a IMO.

Why is the BMK SP currently going down?

Look at NOT SP.

There is a reason, no, there is THE reason to sell BMK and by NOT at this level.

BMK is dead in terms of the news for at least the next 2-3 month and at th esame time the NOT SP drop is a play of MMs and will bring 20-30% of the profit within a month (two weeks?).

The reason of the play against NOT is the warrant closing date (June 7th). Warrants were offered at 5$ price and nobody will exersise them if SP will be @ 3$.

So this is the plan - trap warrant owners and rise a SP after June 7th to FORCE them buy from the market and further increase the SP using their money.

This is pretty much as I can see the play.

The next week if I am correct will be black for NOT and will be black for BMK as well as soon as the jump from BMK to NOT will make sense. The obsticle to this movement is a very small volume for BMK. But it is dangerous as well because without knowlege of the situation there will be (there are some chances) an emergency sell from the retailers on both papers.

PS. IMO the wrong tone of the NOT headquorter answers to Agora was not good yesterday for the shareholders moral. The JPM does not play good for NOT as well, actually they did it really bad and wrong for the last NOT NR.
