An offering at $1.51 for about 75,000 was greatly reduced by 73,200 in one swift stroke by a buyer, making another 16 year high in our company's stock. This all took place in an environment of a lower gold price at $922.30 and lower prices, in general, for most of the gold shares by an average of about 3% or so.
