Sorry, I'm very busy this time of year but there is no way to build a battery production plant at TP. It just can't happen. No way. No chance! Lucky to get it close to Reno. Doubtful in Winnemucca where housing is tight and physical mining labor is tight already. Technical engineering tallent is very difficult. It's very technical and there simply is not the tallent avaiable. Housing is a huge issue and Reno is struggling to deal with this issue but best suited.
