WB,

Just curious if you have anything to support your guess that the ROD will be released on FRI 1/15? I looked at a handful of ROD releases and observed Fridays were a very common day, but also saw one put out on a Monday. I am not familiar enough with the process to know if Friday being common is due to chance due to a small sampling size or if Fridays are typical.
