The BLM is required to release the ROD on or before 1/21/21.  They have to publish the ROD publicly in the National Register and it will be posted on the below BLM site.

Once published by the BLM I suspect LAC will put out a press release announcing this key corporate milestone (10 years in the making).   My guess is that the ROD will be released on 1/15.  Good luck and Go LAC!!
