Message: How did they even come up with this date?

Thanks for your opinion on the matter Nickel

As for this comment, "It is pretty easy for you to comment on others missed timelines"

It's not about missed timelines, if it was I wouldn't be commenting 3 weeks after the date. I wanted to know how they arrived at May 12th when issuing a March 31 news release on the matter. Perhaps they just thought, "yeah those things take about 6 weeks" and came up with that date??

As for the ISM/Micon 43-101 announced last year, your guess is as good as mine. I didn't see a timeline on the original release, I have never read about a due date or timeline in further company updates or re-issued AIF's, so why would I expect to get one now? I just know they are working on it and it comes out when it is complete.

Here's what we know as being their focus in the second quarter and announced as of the May MD&A

"Langmuir Property:

Due to the more advanced state of exploration and the promising results of the Company’s Langmuir Property, this project – along with its Cleaver and Douglas Properties --, continues to be, the principal focus of the Company’s resources and attention. During the fiscal quarter just ended March 31, 2009, the Company has been actively involved in four functions.

-One has been the analysis of its past exploration data to determine the amount and recoverability of resources discovered and delineated to date.

-The second has been the pursuit of its application for dewatering and underground exploration of the Langmuir No. 1 mine.

-The third has been pursuit of the application to convert the mineral claims to a mineral lease.

-The fourth has been the collection of the time-sensitive and long lead time baseline data required to support approval applications related to the Projects on that property."
