Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
Whaler,
May 12th was the best estimate the company had at the time to let shareholders know when they might reasonably be able to see the financials. Since the financing didn’t come though in the time expected, I would think it was obvious to most, LBE would not be able to deliver its May 12th estimate of release. Since the financing has now closed and LBE has funds to pay the Auditor and other accountants, I think it is reasonable to expect their work will be complete soon. Last time I phoned in and asked the company when we may possibly see the year end financials, the indication I got was the company was hoping to see them sometime around the middle of June and also see the quarterly financials within a week or so after that.
You can pick up a phone anytime and phone LBE with your questions and I am sure they will answer back to you within a very reasonable time.
It is pretty easy for you to comment on others missed timelines, but at least LBE is considerate enough to always be open and available to answer any questions and concerns of its shareholders that it can.
Personally, I would rather be able to have the company I have invested in answering my questions and concerns, rather than dismissing its shareholders by refusing to answer emails, phone calls and left messages like some other companies I know.
By the way, have anyone of you received any indication when Shareholders of ISM might reasonably be able to see the “trio of reports”? I was told by I.R., the 43-101s would be out sometime last July. Now that is what I would call a real missed time frame.
Best
