I will agree with sruething, current management had no other choice but to give this company away. This project and its cost were spiralling out of control long before this financing was needed. Sorry, further financing. If there's hope, maybe the new owners will place some better directors on the BoD and management. $30M is still not enough money in the till and every dollar better be well spent, unlike before. Surething was right, the company had no choice. Wish management would have communicated such dire warnings to its shareholders. Look for the Chinese to increase their ownership further, unless they truly hold the reins now. Stiil your better off catching the crumbs off the Chinese than seeing all your capital destroyed.
