I will await more details before saying much... but we shareholders got majorly shafted. JJNICL scored a nice resource for cheap, management saved their jobs and secured future share options... and we got massively diluted and can look forward to a self-serving majority shareholder who has no interest in increasing the value of our shares (they can strip all the value out of the company through other means).

I am particularly enjoying finding out this news when we can't even trade our shares.
