I had sent an email off to Dr Gary Nash and asked for clarification on the 2 permits that Whaler showed on his blog. After readings Traps posts on Xstrata I was confused to how they tied in to the water permits. The quote was from the email that I got back clarifying my questions and I thought the board would like the info too.
