Thanks for that, but I am looking for the source of this:

One is for the Hart Mine and the other is for the Redstone Shaft. The Air/Noise permit is soon to be approved for the Hart Mine as well. Once the perimeter survey is done and reviewed by the MNDM later this fall, we expect to be submitting a closure plan in the late fall which, upon approval by the MNDM, would make the Hart Mine fully permitted early next year.

That was in your post. Was it a quote? If so, where was it from? I can't find "clarification 2".
