10 Oct was the last insider purchase. 14Oct was the date that Lbe issued a clarification. The financing had already been published as a PP when the last bunch of insider trading occurred. After that the financing fell through.

Are there any more recent purchases?

Until the deal is announced I don't believe there could be any insider trading by anyone involved in the negotiations.
