I hope I get this right. I had asked the question before. The shaft we put in at Redstone, was put in so it could be dismantled and moved to another site once Redstone was finished. There was talk that when Hart was ready to be built we could move this shaft over to Hart and save on construction costs. So, that is why it has the ability to be sold.
