N77,I did leave a bit early,but I was able to catch most of the meeting,and I agree with your take on how Gary handled the question on losing the company to a buy out,or take over.He,to me,was very confident about LBE being able to avoid any type of takeover.Gary also indicated that this was an excellant time to pick up some shares,he figures the stock could be around the $1 area by years end...Thanks for your posts Sarlock,you covered areas I missed,you must have been writing like crazy,did you use shorthand. There was a great turnout for the meeting,the room was packed.
