Keep a percentage of your money in cash

Figure out your entry and your exit point in a stock when you buy it. Both up and down price.

Don't get attached to any stock.

That being said - I have broken all these rules. For me - I just have to have patience. Sometimes it is really hard with all these delays. This is indicated by the visible lack of demand in this share in level 2.

What will it take to make people interested in buying this share. News that we are in preproduction, a better Ni price, lower oil price, more confidence in the economy. A real idea of what the costs are for us and how we are handling these costs.

We do have the resource on the property, it is our ability to get McWatters up and running and our future ability to learn from McWatters about delays and handle Hart differently.

Last lesson I have learned. Enjoy your family and friends and great weather and don't just stick by a computer. It is just too nice outside. Have a great weekend!
