1. AGORACOM Hub Leaders are either promoted automatically based on the number of posts they have made on a specific Hub (100+) as well as maintaining an AGORACOM rating of 3.5+.

AGORACOM may step in and appoint a member either as a result of popular discource (Shareholders request) or if a member ranked as President who has not yet made 100 posts on a specific shareholder community is promoted to Hub Leader status by an admin.

2. Shareholder communties can have an unlimited number of Hub Leaders. A bold example of how many Hub Leaders a Shareholder Community Hub can have would be the e.Digital Hub http://www.agoracom.com/ir/edigital.

3. A Hub Leader has the same authorities as a President member, with the addition of being able to add Due Dilligence links to the Hub that member is a leader of, as well as banning members.

4. AGORACOM admins persistently monitor all activities through tools on our backend. If something appears out of ordinary an admin is alerted and investigates any occurence.

5. Though it has happened very seldomly, we have had to strip President Members of their rank or even gone as far as banning them if their behaviour suddenly changed and is endangering the community.
