Until LBE starts to produce nickel at or near its capacity, I don't suspect that the daily fluctuations in nickel price will have much of an immediate impact on the share price. Much of the share price right now is based on future expectations of higher production rather than based on short term cash flow generated from nickel going out the door in the next few months at an increased price.
With the uncertainty surrounding future commodity prices, I doubt many investors will suddenly decide to jump on a stock like LBE just because the price of nickel has gone up 4%. LBE's worth is in its future development possibilities and until those become more solidified (which I hope the next 3-6 months will largely achieve), our share price won't move a great deal.
