La Constituyente , que entró en receso el pasado 25 de julio, se reinstalará mañana para llevar adelante un Régimen de Transición, de cara a la aplicación de la nueva Carta Magna.
Así lo informó el presidente de la Constituyente, el oficialista Fernando Cordero, al recordar que el Régimen de Transición establece que la Asamblea se reinstalará cinco días después de la proclamación de los resultados del referendo.
Dicho plazo, según el asambleísta en receso de Acuerdo País (AP), Virgilio Hernández, son contados a partir del jueves cuando se confirmaron los resultados que registran un 63,9 por el Sí a la nueva Constitución.
La Asamblea Constituyente se instalará para integrar el Consejo Nacional Electoral, el Tribunal Contencioso Electoral y la Comisión de Legislación, conforme el Régimen de Transición.
"Lo que hay que hacer es cumplir la Constitución", insistió Hernández. Estimó que la sesión plenaria de la Asamblea no iría más allá de uno o dos días y recordó que definida la Comisión de Legislación ésta que tramitará algunas leyes: como Ley de Soberanía Alimentaria, Ley de la Función Judicial y Consejo de la Legislatura, Ley Electoral, Ley del Consejo de Participación Ciudadana y Control Social, Ley de Minera, Ley Orgánica de la Función Legislativa, Ley del IESS y empezar el trámite de otras normativas previstas en la segunda disposición transitoria de la Constitución.
