BA, I think that there is still a sense of awareness in Mexico of how much they ran everything into the ground after they kicked everyone out and took over the last time. Eventually they will kick everyone out and take over again, but I think it will be many years into the future. Remember, when Endeavor took over from the locals, human beings were actually hauling ore in bags up to the surface by foot. It's hard to make money that way. And the Mexicans of this generation know that. Their children won't know as much and their grandchildren will now even less. That's where what I call "The Arrogance Phase" starts to turn up again. I think we're still a long way from the peak of that, where locals say, "We can do that better than you. Get the h*ll out!" And kick everyone out and drive the industry into the ground. They are still in the "Humility Phase" of this cycle. And should be for awhile. Remember in the Humility Phase of the cycle, your grandparents were robbers. In the Arrogance Phase, your grandparents were robbed. Bull
