Is Kimber Threatened by the Next Election

The next Mexican Presidential election is in 4 years. What would happen to Mexico's PM companies if Obrador, (the socialist) is elected. Remember, he almost won in 2006. Would there be a threat of nationalizing the PM companies?
Just think of Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia.
If there is a reasonable chance for his victory, wouldn't this be a certain deterant to any possile acquisitions of the Mexican PM companies?
