When the meeting recovenes let's hope we get 85 million more yes votes. The big Boys look out for their interests, definitely not us retail investors, so they voted most of the 200 million shares against (no), while the rest of us need just 85 million more to reach a 2/3 majority, with 400 million. Mind you if some of those retail guys who voted no change their minds, the total yeses needed will be less; each vote switched from no to yes will actually count double in a way, with 1 added to yes as well as 1 subtracted from no.

If the abstainer votes had been counted as yes, we'd be well over at the first count; those who thought an abstention counts either way might be advised to actually vote before the 18th August.
