Noront will get to use an east-west road before any road goes in on the north-south route. This will certainly go to Webeque and a branch from there to the ROF after that. The EA for this is in process somewhere.

The EA for anything north-south still has to begin collecting data & establishing terms of reference. With several river crossings this will be thorough and long.
