Really- the days are long past when any of us could figure out the market reaction to news on KWG (and most junior mining companies).
There are very likely some large players involved judging by the volumes and each of those players has their own adjenda. If KWG wins the corridor dispute (which should not even by on the table but is another market stopper) and NOT is saddled with some compensation costs; the lower share price will mean getting more shares back from NOT.
In any event I am sure there are a number of investment sources sitting back waiting for the right time to jump in.
We should all be happy that Frank and team have continued the battle to get us closer to that point and have been adding to the end-game value during the process.
