I for the life of me cannot figure out who would sell KWG for .015? Are they expecting to buy back at .01 now? Seems unlikely with all the excellent progress made by Smeenks. This should skyrocket as soon as E/W road is announced as this means the whole ROF has actually started after 7 long years. The hope of the Chinese rail coming in a few years and a KWG patent compounds this.
