One other point...

Gravelle to my knowledge has not even acknowledged the propsed agreement with KWG and the China RR builder. Have they decided to just wait and see what the outcome of the potential building/funding proposal and then get on board. Am sure if Wynne et al were involved in any way, even if only by association(she did go to China after all), to the Chinese interest they would by now happily be singing from the bleachers.
