I can answer one of Mejr's questions (sort of) - Bruce Hodgman told me last week, on the phone, that NOT has until 60 days from April 30th to file their rejoinder to KWG's 'perfected' appeal. KWG apparently got an extension of time to perfect their case, beyond the first published date. When asked if NOT could get a similar extension, his reply was 'probably'
So, as far as we know, they will continue with the attempt to build a private road over KWG's esker claims without requiring KWG's permission, and they have a flexible time to make their case, at least 60 days from April 30th, and possibly longer. After that, a court date will be set.
I doubt if NOT actually wants to build this road, it is just to prevent any claim for damages, to tie KWG up in litigation and suck cash away from exploration of claims & development of the gas smelter technology. Rivals more than allies, in my opinion.
I think Bruce said the staking by helicopter case continues.
By the way, anyone surprised by the speech made by our buddy Gravelle?
We have to get it right.
No mention of KWG
Development Corpse yadda yadda.
